Never bought a used mattress before, was a little skeptical at first. I can now confirm that the mattress was in like-new condition in terms of firmness and appearance, it was also perfectly wrapped to preserve it’s condition while stored. Jay was very professional and loaded the mattress with ease. HIGHLY recommend.

He was excellent to work with and pleasant. He worked with our schedule and let us try out a few mattresses so we could be sure. He even helped us tape up our mattress and load it.
On top of that the mattress itself is amazing.

I need to share my experience with Jay.. EXCEPTIONAL! My son is at Fitchburg State and is in housing off campus this year, and getting a new mattress close by made the most sense. After looking other places online, I sent Jay a text because he has such good reviews. He 100% earns those 5 star reviews. He called me back within 10 minutes, told my son to come and see him, met him there within the hour and had a mattress to his place in 3 hours. I’m quite certain the business was technically closed for the day, but Jay is apparently available and ready to help, if he can! He also gives his college students a 5% discount!! AND he knocked off money for delivery because my son had friends to help him take it in. If your child is also in need of a bed for off campus residence DO not hesitate to call him, he made a bigger expense and worry so so easy. THANK YOU JAY!!!

I purchased a beauty rest black series 4 at an amazing discount. This mattress is BIG. I have a very tight hallway but they delivered this exceptionally big and heavy mattress up to my second floor without any damage at all. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.
